Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage high-value, complex legal matters across various domains, including litigation, corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, and arbitration.

  • Provide strategic legal counsel to clients, offering clear, actionable insights on intricate legal issues and ensuring alignment with both legal obligations and business objectives.

  • Draft, review, and finalize a wide array of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, agreements, and memoranda, ensuring precision, clarity, and legal soundness.

  • Represent clients effectively before courts, tribunals, and arbitration panels, demonstrating confidence, preparation, and mastery over case facts and applicable laws.

  • Coordinate with external legal teams, consultants, and authorities as needed to safeguard client interests.

  • Mentor, supervise, and guide junior associates and interns, fostering their professional development while maintaining high work quality standards.

  • Participate in strategic firm initiatives, client meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions to contribute to overall firm growth and performance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of full-time legal practice, preferably in a law firm or with demonstrated expertise in corporate, civil, or criminal litigation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure and propose pragmatic legal solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex legal issues in a clear and persuasive manner.

  • Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing client expectations, court proceedings, and mentoring junior team members.

  • Must possess an active Bar Council Registration and be authorized to practice law in India.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
